Sliding sash windows can be made to any design. Also all sliding sash windows can be single, double or triple windows. Trims and architrave available upon request.
Sash Lifts
Our Sash lifts are strong, durable and attractive. As standard we fit two Sash Lifts per bottom sash on our sliding sash windows (on narrow sashes we fit one Sash Lift). The Sash Lifts come in Brass, Chrome and Satin Chrome,
Fitch Catches
As standard we fit lockable Josh Jones Authentic Jersey cam action fitch catches to all our sliding sash windows. Fitch catches can be in Brass, Chrome or Josh Jones Jersey Satin Chrome
Pulleys
Our Pulleys incorporate ball bearings for smooth action and a long life. Pulleys are used with the traditional weighted counter balance system. The Pulleys come in Brass, Chrome and Satin Chrome.
Dee Handles
Dee handles can be fitted to sash windows upon request. We fit two Dee Handles per top sash (on narrow sashes we fit one Dee Handle). The Dee handles come in Brass, Chrome and Satin Chrome.
Vent Locks
Vent locks are an effective way to allow ventilation on sliding sash windows whilst restricting the opening. Often used for child safety and for security purposes.

Trickle Vents
Trickle vents can be pre-fitted at no extra charge. Either white or brown will automatically be chosen to match the window palette.
Draft Seals
All external doors and windows are fitted with low friction tough and durable draft seals. Draft Seals come in black, brown and white.
Spiral Balances
Spiral sash balances are an ideal alternative to traditional sash weights. Made from a stainless steel spiral rod with PVC tubing, spiral balances guarantee smooth and easy sash operation.

Paints and Tints Our joinery is available in a great variety of colours and tones. Important: Although we make every effort to present the colours as accurately as possible, colour reproduction on screen may vary depending on your monitor and display.
